FIT Sales Manager

With our current FIT Sales Manager moving within our organization to new duties, we are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to be responsible for the FIT sales department of our sales team. You are the supervisor of your team and work as a part of the sales team on site at the magnificent Apukka Resort. You are in a key role in the success of our sales in a strongly growing company. Our sales manager team includes three department managers, a Revenue Manager, and a Sales Director to whom you report in your work. We work together with a positive attitude and cooperate closely with other teams. We look forward to having you as part of our team!

The versatile daily tasks of the Sales Manager include, together with their team, responding to individual customer booking inquiries and providing tailored solutions. In addition to accommodation, our guests’ Apukka experience includes Lapland's most popular activities, culinary experiences, and transfers. In addition to providing tailored solutions, the team’s responsibilities include other sales tasks related to individual customer bookings, such as measures associated with online bookings. The FIT team serves customers and conducts sales discussions across multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media.

We expect from you:

• Previous experience in sales and supervisory roles. 
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Developing and innovating yourself, the team, and the company’s working methods. 
• Fostering a positive and solution-oriented atmosphere. 
• Excellent organizational skills and leading your team by example. 
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills (mandatory).

The work is primarily on weekdays, but the Sales Manager must also be prepared to work weekends at the Resort (open from August to early April).
