Apukka Resort Oy is looking for Sales Assistants for the 2025–2026 season. Your responsibilities will include handling the resort’s email correspondence and phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude. You are organized, get along well with people, and know how to welcome every guest as a friend.

You are present for the customer and ensure, in your own role, that their holiday becomes an unforgettable experience. The job involves booking accommodations and activities for our guests, tailoring holiday packages, and handling various digital and manual daily tasks. The sales team works closely with other departments.

You will be working on-site at our sales office, located in the stunning Apukka Resort.
The job follows a two-shift system and includes work on all days of the week, including weekends.

Work is carried out every day of the week, including weekends.
Working hours are in morning/evening shifts. Work also during weekends.
Duration of employment: Start between September and November, lasting until March 31, 2026

You will stand out if you have:

• Previous experience in seasonal work
• Experience in tourism sales roles and familiarity with booking systems such as MEWS and FareHarbor (training will be provided)
• A degree in tourism or a related field
