Apukka Resort Oy is looking for Elves for the 2025–2026 season. As an elf, you’ll be a guide and entertainer – all rolled into one cheerful package. Your task is to bring joy wherever you and your guests go. You’ll tell stories and entertain both children and adults in our Santa Claus tour. You’ll work alongside other elves, ensuring that your guests know where to go and what to do, that schedules are kept, and that the program runs according to plan.

As an elf, you make Christmas tales come to life. Your most important tools are your performance skills and ability to embrace the role. You’re a social team player and get along well with children – they are your biggest fans! You also have strong group management skills and local knowledge. You’re a brave and open person who takes initiative and is flexible when needed. You have excellent social skills and trust your common sense in problem situations. You speak fluent English, and additional language skills are an advantage. You’re a great team player but aren’t afraid of independent thinking. You have good stress resilience and maintain the guests’ immersive experience, even under pressure. You’re a positive colleague who helps foster a pleasant work atmosphere and supports the magical Christmas spirit.

Before the season starts, at the beginning of November, we will provide the elves with their own elf training, where you will learn essential elf skills such as guiding, customer service, and first aid. The job involves two shifts, and work will be carried out every day of the week, including weekends.

Duration of employment: 1.8.2025/ or  6.11.2025-5.1.2026-31.3.2026 (some elves may have the opportunity to continue until the end of March)
Type of employment: Full-time or part-time, as agreed
Working hours: Vary between 08:00 and 20:00, including evening and weekend shifts.
