GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR
Apukka Resort Oy is looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor for the 2026–2027 season.
In the Guest Relations team, your role is to ensure that our guests’ experience at Apukka Resort is smooth, memorable, and aligned with our quality promise. Your work focuses especially on monitoring and developing the guest experience in activities: you follow how activities are carried out in practice, collect and analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to further improve our services. You also play an important role in ensuring that our activity experiences meet Apukka’s quality standards.
You evaluate the guest journey throughout the resort and observe how we can make the visit even smoother and more memorable. You work closely with the Adventure Desk, operational teams, and subcontractors, ensuring that every interaction supports Apukka’s welcoming atmosphere and high service level. A key part of your role is also handling customer situations and complaints, resolving them professionally and in a customer-oriented way.
The role is best suited for someone with prior experience in customer service roles in the tourism or hospitality industry, and the ability to work independently even in challenging customer situations.

We expect from you:
Excellent English skills and fluent customer communication in an international environment
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or activity services
Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
Ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly, professionally, and in a solution-oriented way
Experience in handling customer situations and complaints
Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with different teams and subcontractors
Ability to view services from the guest’s perspective and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Independent working style and good organizational skills
Flexibility and ability to perform under pressure in a busy operational environment
You will stand out if you have:
Experience in activity services or the program services industry
Experience in developing customer experience or monitoring service quality
Experience working in an international tourism environment
Additional language skills besides English and Finnish
The position follows the collective agreement for the tourism, restaurant, and leisure services sector.
Duration: 17.08.26 – 28.03.27
Type: Full-time
Working hours: Shift work (08:00–21:00), 112.5 hours / 3 weeks

About Apukka Resort
Apukka Resort was founded in 2017 when Markus Kolari, Harri Mällinen, and Miika Sorvari set out to make Apukka the best resort in Finland. Despite challenges along the way, such as the Covid pandemic, the company has continued to grow, with its accommodation capacity increasing each year. Currently, Apukka Resort employs approximately 50 people year-round, and with seasonal workers included, the number rises to over 270.
