ADVENTURE HOUSE SALES ASSISTANT
Apukka Resort Ltd is looking for Sales Assistants for the Adventure House for the 2026–2027 season.
Your responsibilities will include selling Apukka Adventures activities at the Adventure House sales desk. You will warmly welcome customers to the Adventure House, sell activities to our guests, and guide them to the correct location before the activities begin. Your tasks will also include back-office work related to activity bookings, such as responding to inquiries via phone, email, and private messages on social media channels. The role also involves operating various booking systems.
You are consistent, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to welcome customers as if they were friends. We work in teams and value strong team-player skills. You are present for the customer and contribute to ensuring they have an unforgettable holiday experience.
The Adventure House team is part of Apukka’s sales team, working closely with our other departments. You will work on-site at the Adventure House, located at the stunning Apukka Resort.
The work is done in two shifts. The job is carried out every day of the week, including weekends.

Previous experience in seasonal work
Previous experience in sales within the tourism industry, and knowledge of booking systems such as MEWS and FareHarbor (we will, of course, provide training for these)
Education in the tourism field
Skills in other languages
Duration of employment: Starting mid-October and continuing until January–February
Type of employment: Full-time
Working hours: Shift work, evening/holiday work, weekend work
Salary: 2431,67 € - 2689,55 € / month + additional allowances

About Apukka Resort
Apukka Resort was founded in 2017 when Markus Kolari, Harri Mällinen, and Miika Sorvari set out to make Apukka the best resort in Finland. Despite challenges along the way, such as the Covid pandemic, the company has continued to grow, with its accommodation capacity increasing each year. Currently, Apukka Resort employs approximately 50 people year-round, and with seasonal workers included, the number rises to over 270.
