RESORT HOST
Apukka Resort Oy is looking for Resort Hosts for the 2026–2027 season.
The Resort Host plays an important role in welcoming guests to Apukka Resort after the check-in process has been completed with the reception team. The duties include escorting guests and their luggage to their accommodations, providing information about the Resort, and guiding guests.
The work is physical and primarily takes place outdoors, but it also involves assisting at the souvenir shop's sales desk and helping out with other tasks while waiting for guests to arrive. You will work closely with the reception team, and we are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for ensuring guest satisfaction, as well as the initiative, positivity, and teamwork skills to excel in the role.

The position follows the Collective Agreement for Employees in Tourism, Restaurant, and Leisure Services
Duration of employment: November 2026 – February / March 2027
Type of employment: Full-time, 112.5 hours / 3 weeks. On request, less hours are also possible.
Working hours: The work is in two shifts, with work scheduled on any day of the week.
Vehicles and Equipment: The work is performed using various vehicles. Please note that while the video shows a golf cart, our vehicles has been updated and the work is now primarily done with vans.
Salary: 2180,12 € - 2478,60 € / month + additional allowances (full-time)

About Apukka Resort
Apukka Resort was founded in 2017 when Markus Kolari, Harri Mällinen, and Miika Sorvari set out to make Apukka the best resort in Finland. Despite challenges along the way, such as the Covid pandemic, the company has continued to grow, with its accommodation capacity increasing each year. Currently, Apukka Resort employs approximately 50 people year-round, and with seasonal workers included, the number rises to over 270.
